Web2 May 2005 · I have books which pertain to the 20th Maine, including Truelock's book, another called simply "The 20th Maine" (Pullen), and another called "The Passing of the Armies" (I think written by Chamberlain himself), but no mention of this person. His story seems to be a little too "pat" to be real, but I don't know.
