Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free on all orders.  We use our best commercial efforts to process your order within 24 hours after it has been received.  You will receive an email order confirmation attesting to our receipt of your order.  This email will include the tracking number for your package.  You will be able to check the status your shipment using this number.  

Shipping typically requires between 3 – 5 days, but the shipping times may vary based on your shipping address.  If you would like to receive your order sooner, then select the expedited shipping upgrade option during your checkout process.  If you select expedited shipping, then $25 will be added to your invoice.  

We ship to all 50 states in America.  We do not ship internationally, to Post Office Boxes, or to military addresses.  Our warehouses are open every day except for: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.  

Please take extra care to confirm your shipping address during checkout.   Orders returned to our warehouse because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense, and the additional shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We accept returns for items that are: UNWARN, UNDAMAGED AND UNWASHED AND HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.  You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive shipment to postmark your return.

We include a return mailing label with every order.  Please fill out the return label, place the items in a box and mail it from a United States Post Office Location, or Post Office Box.  You will receive a 100% refund on the credit card you used to place the order.  Our return process requires 5 business days after we receive your items.  We will send you an email confirming your refund.

The last thing we want is for you to receive a damaged or defective product.  If for some unforeseen reason you receive a damaged item, then please email us immediately at [email protected].  We might ask you to provide some photos or request to see the product in person to resolve the matter.  If we confirm the damage, then we will cover the cost of returning your item to our warehouse and it will be immediately replaced, or your money will be refunded on the credit card you used to place the order.

We are not able to process exchanges and a $10 restocking fee will be charged to your credit card for all orders that are returned to our warehouse because they were undeliverable.
