If you purchase our products, then we require certain Personally Identifiable information from you to fulfill your order(s) and to process the charges associated with your order(s).  This information includes your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, telephone number and financial data from your credit card.  If we encounter issues processing your order, then we may contact you to request your assistance in resolving the issues.  

If you subscribe to our email, direct mail lists, or participate in our Beach Club, then we maintain a record of your interests, shopping preferences and the purchases you make. We may combine all of this information with information that we acquire from our partners and from unrelated third parties.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from anyone younger than the age of 18.  We will delete any Personal Information collected that we determine to be from an individual younger than the age 18.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and believe your child has disclosed Personal Information or other information to us, then please contact us at [email protected].
