How do I know what size I am?

Please check the product page.  Every product page contains all of the sizing information customized for each product.  This includes the product’s design, colors, measurement guidelines, and fabrics.  We know that getting the fit just right is crucial to your satisfaction, so please take care to review this information.

When may I expect a backordered item?

We display notifications including estimated shipping dates on the product pages, in your shopping cart prior to checkout and in an email when your item ships.  Funds will not be collected from your account until that time and we do our best to deliver the items to you as soon as they are available.    

What if a product is sold out?

On the rare occasion that an item is denoted as sold out, this means that we will not order additional items and the product will be discontinued.


How much does shipping cost?

When will my order ship?

We attempt to ship all orders placed before 2 PM, EST on the same business day.  Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.  Orders placed on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

We do not ship internationally.

How can I check on my order?

You will receive an email order confirmation when you place your order.  This email will contain your tracking information.

When will I receive my package?

You will receive a USPS tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery of your package. Go to the USPS website by clicking HERE.

What if I receive incorrect or damaged items?

In the rare event that you receive incorrect or damaged items, please email us immediately at [email protected].


How can I pay?

We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express for payment.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

All orders with a shipping address in New York will be charged New York State sales tax plus any applicable county taxes.


How do I care for my products? 

Your shipment has garment guidelines attached to your product.  The guidelines will provide you with the instructions to clean and maintain the quality of your item. Each item is unique and may require different care. Please follow these instructions.


Do you have retail locations?  Do any retail outlets carry your products?

Currently we do not have retail locations and our products are sold exclusively at www.floridacottonco.com.
