Web1. Re: Covid testing - Traveling to SBH, thru SXM. You need to fill out the EAHS form. You can Google it and it will pop right up. Add in your Covid test that is no less than 72hrs old for a PCR or 48hr old for a rapid antigen test. Check mark that you are in transit and you won’t have to buy the $30 insurance.
